Individual Therapy

If you are hesitating to reach out for help, you are not alone. It can be very difficult to make that first phone call and can be overwhelming to think about sharing personal information with a stranger. We understand this challenge, and will work with you every step of the way to make this process as pain-free as possible.

Whether you are in crisis or simply need some assistance in navigating a life transition, individual therapy can help. When therapy works the way it is supposed to, it can be a life-changing experience and you will wonder why you didn’t do it sooner.

Some of the areas we specialize in include depression, anxiety, grief counseling, trauma therapy/EMDR, play therapy, treating individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, providing support for parents and caregivers, as well as helping children and adolescents navigate changes and transitions in their lives.

Couples Counseling

Every relationship faces challenges. Whether it’s communication issues, trust concerns, or simply feeling disconnected, couples counseling provides a safe space to explore and resolve these difficulties together. At Full Bloom Counseling, we believe that every couple has the potential to grow stronger through understanding, empathy, and shared effort.

We currently have one couples therapist (Molly Setzekorn), who utilizes Emotionally-Focused Therapy and Gottman Method in her approaches.

Group Therapy

Group therapy can be a powerful agent of change. We teach mindfulness techniques, communication strategies, and coping skills in our groups, and the group dynamic enables us to practice new skills in the safety of a therapeutic environment. We can then take those skills and use them in the “real world” with much more confidence.

Currently, we offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills groups for adults. Other groups will be offered in the future.

Teletherapy

In continued effort to make counseling services convenient accessible to everyone who needs them, we offer video-based sessions, or teletherapy to individuals located in Indiana.

We conduct teletherapy sessions via a convenient, HIPAA-compliant platform using the latest technology so that your communication is secure and effective. If you are interested in teletherapy sessions, you must be physically located in the state of Indiana at the time of service. While many insurances have amended their coverage to include teletherapy in the recent years, please check with your individual policy to ensure these services are covered.
